Job Description
We are looking to recruit a dedicated Coach Development Co-ordinator on a part-time, permanent contract. This role will support the operations of the Football Development Department and contribute to the successful delivery of the Grassroots Football Strategy.

This role will support the growth and delivery of our expanding Coach Development Programme and work closely with the current Coach Development Lead. A key part of the role will be coordinating a casual workforce to deliver high-quality CPD opportunities across the county, ensuring coaches are well supported and connected through our Thriving Clubs initiative.

In addition, the role will collaborate with colleagues to positively influence wider areas of the grassroots game, helping to create and sustain a safe, welcoming and inclusive environment for all participants.

To join the team and be successful, the individual must be able to demonstrate an understanding of the role on offer and how their expertise and any experience will enable them to meet the essential and desirable criteria within the role. The individual will be able to demonstrate their passion and professionalism for the role.

The successful applicant will report to the Coach Development Lead and thereafter to the Football Development Manager and the Chief Executive Officer.

Applicants should have prior experience in project management, a background in coaching, and ideally be UEFA C qualified. The ideal candidate must also be flexible and able to work occasional evenings and weekends as required.

The role involves working 21 hours per week, Monday to Friday (specific days and times to be confirmed), with occasional evening and weekend work as required.

The position offers 20 Days leave per annum (pro-rata’d based on agreed working pattern for part-time working) and a salary of £14,000 per annum, subject to a 3-month probationary period.
