You will act as the brand guardian for the Club, ensuring all printed and digital collateral align with the Club’s brand guidelines.Whilst being a cricket or a sports fan will help, we’re also interested in hearing from candidates outside of the sports industry who can bring an innovative experience and a different perspective to the role.•Protect and enhance the Surrey and Kia Oval Brand - Manage brand guidelines and ensure consistency across every visual touchpoint for the Club and the venue.•Creative concept development - Lead on strategic creative vision for key projects for Club, developing strong creative concepts that align with the Club and venue brand.•Deliver engaging creative assets – design stunning visuals that can be applied across a range of content including, but not limited to: T20 and International match advertising campaigns, Hospitality, Conference and Events, Membership campaigns, Retail, Catering, Sponsorship and the Surrey Cricket Foundation. Design a range of different materials for use across digital and print to support the commercial and operational objectives of the Club. Producing social media graphics and content for use on the Club’s external channels.•Manage the design workflow – Using your outstanding organisational skills you will manage assets and templates, ensuring a smooth and efficient creative process, liaising with internal and external stakeholders professionally.•Strategic Department Contribution - Play a key role in department planning, campaign development, and brand growth strategy. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and contribute to company-wide initiatives that position design as a strategic, value-driving function.•Outputs: Print Design: Brochure, flyers, posters, newsletters, ground signage, tube ads, outdoor print, tickets, Membership collateral. Digital Content: Display ads, social ads, website collateral, email content, animations, social media templates, Power Point and PDF interactive presentationThe PersonThe successful candidate will have the following experience / skills / qualities:Essential:•3-5 years experience in a design role where you are responsible for taking work from the concept phase, through ideation, design, feedback and delivery.•Outstanding skills across the Adobe Creative Suite, expert in Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign•Portfolio that demonstrates design craft across various brands•Ability to work independently on multiple jobs to tight deadlines with quick turnaround.•Interact and form a dialogue with different members of staff and external clients to meet briefs and deadlines•Ability to work creatively and maintain the highest standards, while working within a small dynamic team.•Experience in creating both digital and print materials.
