This role is based at our Bloomsbury campus with flexibility to work from home on a 40/60 basis (40% working from the office).Job descriptionAdministration of activitiesCoordinate the effective planning, organisation, and communication of sports fixtures to home and opposition teams in British Universities and Colleges Sport and London University Sports Leagues competitions. Coordinate entries into one-off sporting competitions, ensuring entry deadlines are met Maintain accurate records of team contact lists Ensure all TeamUCL Sports Clubs are appropriately affiliated with their respective National Governing Body in line with BUCS guidelines Administer TeamUCL Sports Club facility bookings internally and externally Coordinate and book transport and accommodation for TeamUCL Sports Clubs Source and allocate officials for BUCS & LUSL fixtures, directly or in conjunction with club committees Provide TeamUCL Captains with training on internal procedures and BUCS & LUSL rules and regulations Provide administrative support for all sports eventsTeamUCL events, including Varsity and the Sports Awards Administrate the TeamUCL website and social media channels, posting/sharing content and ensuring positive engagement with all stakeholders Key RequirementsDo you have experience in sports club administration?
