Safeguarding, Welfare & Behaviour

Maintain high standards of discipline, behaviour, and respect in line with school expectations.

Ensure the safety and welfare of all pupils during training and fixtures.

Follow safeguarding, child protection, and health & safety procedures at all times.

Be a positive role model in conduct, dress, and communication.

Administration & Communication

Communicate effectively with the Director of Sport, PE staff, and other coaches regarding pupil progress and team matters.

Assist with team selection, attendance monitoring, and basic record keeping.

Support fixture organisation where required (transport, timings, kit checks).

Ensure all equipment is safe, appropriate, and correctly used.

Set up and clear away equipment before and after sessions.

Report any damaged or missing equipment promptly.

Professional Conduct & Development

Represent the school professionally at all times, including at away fixtures.

Engage in relevant training and continuing professional development when available.
