Job Description: Stockport County Community Trust is seeking an Inclusion Co-Ordinator to lead the delivery and continued development of the Premier League Fans Fund, Armed Forces and Walking Football programmes. Working as part of the Inclusion Team, the successful candidate will play a key role in strengthening community engagement and supporting positive outcomes for participants across Stockport.

About Stockport County Community Trust
Stockport County Community Trust is the official charity of Stockport County Football Club, which was set up in 2021 after the purchase of the club by Mark Stott, with the aim of ensuring the football club has a positive impact in the local community. The charity works across Stockport and the surrounding area to use the power of football and Stockport County to make a positive difference by inspiring, educating and supporting the community.

The charity engages with around 10,000 people each year through a variety of education, social inclusion and health and wellbeing programmes, working with residents aged from 5-85 (the current age of our youngest and oldest participants) in a variety of club and community settings.

Purpose of the role
Stockport County Community Trust is seeking an Inclusion Co-Ordinator who has experience of working with a wide range of community groups to continue to develop the Trust's mission of “creating opportunities which change lives across Stockport”.

The postholder will lead on our Premier League Fans Fund, Armed Forces and Walking Football programmes, which will include delivering a range of projects, helping to promote physical activity in our local community. Roles and responsibilities
The Inclusion Co-ordinator will be responsible for the planning, delivery, development and sustainability of the Premier League Fans Fund, Armed Forces and Walking Football programmes.

The role will involve:
· Coordinating the delivery of the Premier League Fans Fund, supporting under-represented groups across Stockport to access inclusive opportunities.
· Coordinating the delivery of the Armed Forces programme and identifying opportunities to grow participation across sessions.
· Coordinating weekly Walking Football sessions and supporting additional fixtures, festivals and competitive opportunities to enhance the participant experience.
· Helping to establish and facilitate steering groups that support meaningful engagement with key partners and stakeholders.
· Supporting the long-term sustainability of Inclusion programmes by working with the Head of Inclusion and Participation to identify appropriate funding opportunities.
· Working with the Head of Inclusion and Participation to support effective budget planning, monitoring and financial sustainability across Inclusion programmes.
· Promoting and raising awareness of Inclusion programmes through targeted communications and matchday activation events.
· Developing and maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders, community organisations and partners across Stockport.
· Monitoring and evaluating programme delivery, ensuring participation and impact data is accurate, up to date and recorded across relevant internal and external systems.
· Supporting compliance across Inclusion programmes, including safeguarding, Equality, Diversity and Inclusion, health and safety, and data protection requirements.

There may be a need within this role to work flexible and unsociable hours when required.

Person Specification
Qualifications
UEFA C or NGB Level 2 Coaching Qualification D
Undergraduate Degree in a relevant subject D
Postgraduate Degree in a relevant subject D

Experience required:
Experience of serving in the Armed Forces D
Experience leading the design and delivery of community sport programmes E
Experience delivering community football programmes E
Experience of organising engagement events D
Proven high level communication skills with an ability to communicate effectively and influence a range of audiences and stakeholders E
Proven ability to develop relationships and work in partnership with key stakeholders E
Experience of working with the Armed Forces community and or older adults. D
Proven track record of delivery against outcomes/targets E
A "can do" attitude with evidence of building participation in community activities E
