Job Description
Stadium MK is a 30,530-seat multi-purpose venue in Milton Keynes, home to MK Dons Football Club. Since opening in 2007, the stadium has become a leading destination for sport, events, and hospitality.

The site also includes the DoubleTree by Hilton Milton Keynes, a 304-bedroom hotel, and Arena MK, a versatile space hosting conferences, exhibitions, and live events. Together, these facilities create a dynamic and fast-paced environment offering a wide range of experiences for guests and clients alike.

The Role
We are looking for an organised, commercially aware and proactive Procurement Assistant to support procurement activity across the MK Dons Group.
Working across the football club, hotel, stadium, arena and National Bowl operations, you will help ensure goods and services are sourced efficiently, competitively and in accordance with Group procurement policies.
This is a varied role offering exposure to a broad range of procurement activities, including supplier management, tender administration, contract monitoring, price benchmarking, purchase order management and procurement reporting.
It is an excellent opportunity for someone with early-career experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain or commercial administration who wants to develop their procurement career within a diverse and fast-paced organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Working closely with the Group Procurement Manager and stakeholders across the Group, you will:
Key responsibilities include:
• Support day-to-day procurement across all Group businesses.
• Obtain quotations and carry out price comparisons and market benchmarking.
• Maintain supplier, contract and purchase order records, including monitoring renewals.
• Support supplier onboarding, performance reviews and due diligence.
• Assist with tenders, supplier negotiations and contract
renewals.
• Analyse Group spend, savings and procurement KPIs.
• Produce regular procurement reports for management.
• Support food & beverage and energy procurement, including pricing and utility analysis.
• Ensure procurement records are accurate, compliant and audit-ready.
About You
We are looking for someone who is organised, analytical and comfortable working with data, suppliers and colleagues across multiple departments.
You will have strong attention to detail and the ability to manage several priorities at the same time. You will also be commercially aware, confident communicating with suppliers and keen to develop your knowledge and experience within procurement.
Essential Experience and Skills
• 1–3 years’ experience within procurement, purchasing, administration or supply chain.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work with multiple suppliers and departments simultaneously.
Desirable Experience and Qualifications
• Experience within hospitality, hotels, leisure, retail or facilities management.
• Experience using procurement or ERP systems.
• Knowledge of tendering and contract management.
• CIPS Level 3 or currently working towards a CIPS qualification.
• Experience with spend analysis and reporting.
