Job Description: As National Performance Coach you will be responsible for the development and delivery of Squash Wales National Performance Programme, supporting athletes from emerging talent through to senior international representation.
• Lead and deliver national squad programmes.
• Coach talented junior and senior athletes.
• Support athletes at domestic and international competitions.
• Develop and implement individual athlete development plans.
• Create a positive, challenging and athlete centred performance environment.
• Work collaboratively with parents, personal coaches and performance support staff.
• Lead coach development initiatives across Wales.
• Contribute to the strategic development of Squash Wales.
