At SportyMinis, we're not just building a team; we're revolutionising early years sports coaching. Our mission is to infuse the magic of sports and physical education into young lives, fostering their physical, social, emotional, and cognitive growth, ensuring as much cross curriculum links to EYFS as possible.

Who We're Looking For

We seek a leader who:

Is deeply passionate about sports and early childhood development
Sees coaching as a tool to inspire, engage, and nurture young minds
Is ambitious and inspired to contribute to building an impact driven business
Is committed to expanding physical education opportunities for children
Your Role as Head Coach & Regional Business Development Manager

You'll be the driving force behind our new Berkshire Regional expansion;

Deliver engaging sports coaching sessions for primary and early years children
Lead recruitment and training of new sports coaches
Spearhead sales and marketing initiatives for regional growth
Manage social media content to enhance our online presence
Maintain the highest standards of coaching and operations
Required Skills and Qualifications

Sports coaching qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in sports coaching
Experience coaching both early years and primary school-aged children
Leadership qualities
Strong communication and organisational skills
Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle (preferred)
Pay & Earnings Potential

This is a part time paid role @ £13ph approx 15-20hrs a week
Plus a regional profit share bonus
Travel expenses paid
