Due to continued growth, we are looking for enthusiastic, motivated, and professional Physiotherapists and Sports Therapists to join our expanding medical team.

About the Role
We are seeking motivated clinicians to provide pitch-side medical cover for independent schools and sports clubs, primarily on Saturday mornings and afternoons. The role may involve working with a designated sports team or providing general pitch-side medical support across multiple fixtures.

Rate of Pay: £40–£50 per hour, dependent on qualifications, experience, and the nature of the role.

• Provide emergency pitch-side medical cover for training sessions and competitive fixtures.
• Assess and manage acute sporting injuries and medical emergencies in accordance with current best practice.
• Deliver appropriate immediate treatment and facilitate safe return to play or onward referral where indicated.
• Complete accurate and timely post-fixture medical documentation and injury reports.
• Communicate effectively with coaches, players, parents, and school medical staff regarding injury management and return-to-play recommendations.
• Maintain confidential clinical records to a professional and legally compliant standard.
• Work collaboratively with the wider multidisciplinary team to deliver a high-quality sports medicine service.

Essential Criteria
• BSc or MSc in Physiotherapy, Sports Therapy, or Sports Rehabilitation.
• Current registration or membership with the relevant professional body (HCPC/CSP, SST or BASRaT, as applicable).
• Immediate Care in Sport qualification (e.g. PHICIS Level 2, ATMMiF, SCRUMCAPS, IMMOFP or an equivalent recognised qualification), or willingness to complete one.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Desirable Criteria
• Previous pitch-side medical experience.
• Experience working within schools, sports clubs, or professional or academy sport.
• Experience in musculoskeletal injury assessment and rehabilitation.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

What We Offer
• Flexible working around your availability.
• Opportunities to progress into physiotherapy clinics, concussion services, and other sports medicine roles.
• The opportunity to work across a variety of schools, sports clubs, tournaments, and sporting events.
• A supportive and friendly multidisciplinary team.
• Ongoing clinical support and opportunities for professional development.
