Case Manager - National Organisation Sport Resolutions Salary £33,500 + benefits Location London / Remote Contract type Permanent (Full time) Closing date 13 June 2025 Interview date 23 June 2025 Job Description Sport Resolutions has an exciting opportunity for an individual to join its passionate and experienced National case management team to assist with the administration of domestic matters including football disciplinary procedures, Olympic and Paralympic disputes, and anti-doping rule violations.The Case Manager will manage enquiries, cases and independent reviews, appointing panel members as required. Sport Resolutions has contracts with the English Football League and The Football Association to administer hearings for potential rule violations including those related to discipline and financial breaches. The Case Manager will play a vital role in ensuring such matters are managed fairly, efficiently, and cost-effectively.The successful applicant may also be required to administer matters related to anti-doping rule violations, ethics and integrity related matters, mediations and independent reviews, as directed by the Senior Case Managers and the Head of Case Management.Suitable applicants will have experience of working in a legal environment, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for sport and integrity. The successful applicant will have the ability to handle confidential information in a discreet and professional manner and will have experience of using Microsoft applications.
