Job Description: Southwark Lancers RFC are looking for a new men’s coach to take us into the 2026/27 and beyond.
Founded in 2008, we are a young club based in Burgess Park in Southwark, with 2 men’s XVs as well as a burgeoning pathway with the local youth sections, Central London Rugby Academy, and Southwark Tigers minis rugby.
Our Men’s 1st XV plays in the Surrey Counties 3 league, with the 2nd XV playing in the Merit Leagues.
We are looking for a coach to lead and develop both men’s teams for the 2026/27 season and beyond.
RFU Level 2 coaching qualifications are a positive. As a club we encourage personal development and endeavour to support further coaching qualifications for the right candidate.
