What is the role?

We are looking for a part-time Retail Sales Assistant with excellent customer service skills to offer our fans the highest level of customer service whilst ensuring that the store is maintained to the highest standards of merchandising, presentation and product availability.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working within a customer focused environment to successfully provide our fans with the best level of customer service, whilst ensuring that the store is maintained to the highest standards of merchandising, presentation and product availability.

What will you be doing?

You will greet, serve and assist those visiting the store and be available to offer advice and answer questions, not just about products and prices but also stock availability and special promotions. You will ensure you are fully briefed on all merchandise stock availability and new stock at all times.

You will be involved in all aspects of the store from handling and processing payments to replenishing stock, as well as ensuring the store is clean and well presented. Managing customer queries in a courteous and professional manner both in store and over the phone, you will demonstrate The Southampton Way culture at all times.

Please be aware that the role involves evening and weekend work. Home matchday working will also be essential.
