What is the role?

We are looking for an Entertainment Deputy Operations Manager to ensure that daily activities run smoothly and efficiently and align operational strategies with business goals to drive performance, productivity, and profitability.

What will you be doing?

Acting as the face of management, you will be making decisions and keeping things on track when the Operations Manager is off site and overseeing the daily operations across all departments. This will include managing shift schedules, breaks, and staff coverage as well as handling customer and employee issues, from complaints to emergencies.

You will develop and implement operational policies and procedures which ensure productivity and efficiency across the venue and drive profitability. This will lead on to the analysis of performance metrics to implement process improvements and identity opportunities to reduce costs, improve customer satisfaction and increase profitability.

Performing opening and closing operational checks you will ensure compliance with health, safety and company policies at all times.

Is this you?

You have proven experience within a supervisory or management role which has given you strong leadership skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a variety of demographics.

You are familiar with customer service principles and conflict resolution with an understanding of working in a customer focused environment and the ability to make quick decisions in high pressure situations.

Due to the nature of the operations, your working hours will include evenings, match days and weekends
