Job Description
Job Title: Customer Service & Ticketing Administrator (Maternity Cover - 12 Month FTC)

Reports to: Membership & Ticketing Lead

Contract: Fixed-term, full time (12-month contract)

Hours: Minimum of 40 hours per week, to include evenings, weekends and bank holidays

Salary: £27,500 - £29,000

Location: The Cooper Associates County Ground, Taunton

Closing date: 07 May 2026

Anticipated start date: w/c 25 May 2026 (candidates must be available to start immediately)

Deliver an outstanding customer experience as the first point of contact for all enquiries.



Support the efficient day-to-day operation of ticketing, membership, and hospitality administration within a professional cricket environment.



Play a key role in matchday and event delivery!

You will have the experience, skills and knowledge to successfully...





Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, providing friendly and professional assistance via phone, email, and in person.



Manage ticket sales, memberships, and bookings accurately, supporting administration and ensuring timely distribution of event packs.



Develop proficiency in internal systems such as Secutix, ResDiary, and CaterSoft to process transactions and support reporting.



Provide front-of-house reception services, maintaining a professional environment and assisting with administrative tasks across departments.



Support matchday and event operations, including ticket sales at gates, customer assistance, and access management.



Handle complaints empathetically, resolve queries promptly, and support the delivery of high-quality customer service throughout all activities.

You will have:





Previous experience in a customer service, reception or administrative role



Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)



Strong organisational skills and attention to detail



Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment



Confidence using IT systems and learning new platforms

You will need to be eligible to work in the UK.
