Non-Executive General Director HR & People Organisation Snowsport Scotland Salary Voluntary Location Remote Contract type Volunteer Closing date 14 June 2026 Interview date 14 June 2026 Job Description Snowsport Scotland is seeking to appoint a passionate, experienced and strategically minded Non-Executive General Director to join its Board and support the organisation’s Human Resources and People agenda. This is an opportunity to play a meaningful role in shaping the future of Scottish snowsports by helping the organisation continue to develop a positive, inclusive and high-performing culture across staff, coaches, volunteers and leadership structures. The successful candidate will bring professional insight and strategic support to the Board and executive team on matters relating to people management, organisational development, workforce planning, wellbeing, governance and employment practice. As the organisation continues to evolve and grow, the Director will help ensure that Snowsport Scotland remains a supportive, modern and values-led organisation capable of attracting, developing and retaining talented people across all areas of the sport.
