This role provides independent advice, scrutiny and assurance across financial planning, reporting, forecasting and risk, supporting both the Chair and executive leadership team.In this role, you will:• Chair the Finance & Risk Committee• Lead Board level oversight of financial sustainability and risk• Act as a trusted sounding board to the Chair and CEO• Bring calm, experienced judgement during moments of complexity or changeYou will bring previous Board experience and a professional finance qualification, alongside a collaborative and values‑led approach.
