This role contributes to the ongoing care, assessment, and rehabilitation of players within a structured and collaborative performance environment.The successful candidate will be responsible for the assessment, diagnosis, and rehabilitation of injuries, working closely with the wider medical and physical performance team to ensure coordinated and evidence-based practice. The role also includes pitch-side medical cover, ongoing screening and monitoring of players, and maintaining clinical standards in line with CSP and professional requirements.Key Role Responsibilities:- Fulfil the role of a chartered physiotherapist in the assessment, diagnosis and rehabilitation of all injuries, with a particular focus on ETC players.- Assist with the development of evidence-based protocols for all areas of physiotherapy relating to the Women's Academy, using all available resources including the latest research and collaboration with clinical specialists.- Assist with Academy player injuries/illnesses in consultation with the wider MDT and medical team.- Provide medical cover for Under 12's and ETC Academy fixtures.
