Sheffield United is hiring for a Photo & Video Producer to capture and produce high-quality photo and video content in support of the club's digital and social media strategy. Covering the Men's and Women's First Teams, commercial initiatives, and fan engagement, this role plays a key part in bringing the club's stories to life. The successful candidate will help create engaging visual content that strengthens our digital presence, enhances fan interaction, and maintains a strong, consistent brand across all platforms.Role Responsibilities:-Storyboard, capture and produce high-quality photo and video content for club platforms, developing and maintaining consistency across multiple club platforms including SUTV, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and X.-Attend home and away games to capture matchday content.-Produce, shoot, edit and deliver a variety of photography and videography and motion graphics for, but not limited to, the club's commercial, marketing, and community departments, including but not limited to training sessions, player signings, retail promotions, key club campaigns, and community initiatives.-Produce content for a variety of platforms including social media, corporate literature, events and traditional sports.-Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging content formats, and platform best practices, continuously generating innovative ideas to keep content fresh, engaging and relevant.-Maintain, organise and build upon the club's digital asset library using workflows that enable seamless delivery of images and videos to multiple stakeholders, utilising efficient work processes.-Work closely with the wider content and marketing teams that align visual storytelling with the club objectives and marketing departments KPI's.-Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and is optimised for different platforms.-Prioritise multiple projects effectively, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.-Any other reasonable requests as directed by management.Club Wide Responsibilities:-To adhere to all Sheffield United Football Club's Safeguarding Policies and Procedures to foster an environment which protects from harm those defined as children and adults at risk.-To report any concerns of a Safeguarding nature to the relevant parties and remain fully compliant with any applicable Safeguarding checks and due diligence and recognise your responsibility to the Club's Safeguarding agenda.-To report any concerns of discrimination to the relevant parties and promote a welcoming and inclusive club environment for all.-To adhere to the Club's Equality, Diversity and Inclusion policies, supporting the Club to create an environment which is inclusive and all-encompassing.Essential Criteria for the Role:-Experience using Sony Cinema Line camera-The ability to shoot and edit quickly under pressure-Proficient in lighting-Experience utilising Adobe Suite for editing content and audio production-Storyboard and moodboard writing experience for video and photo content-Experience in reporting on video and photo performance and KPI's-Capability of working with key stakeholders and departments across the business-Experience in video and photo asset management, tagging and logging footage-Flexible availability across weekends to cover matches-Completion of a Basic DBS Check upon offer acceptanceDesirable Criteria for the Role:-Experience working in a similar role within football/sports/content industry-Experience creating motion graphics How to apply Application Process Please download and save the application form before inputting information.
