While specific knowledge of wrestling isn’t required, you must bring expertise in fundraising, combined with a collaborative and strategic mindset.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a fundraising strategy with clear targets.- Build and nurture relationships with sponsors and partners.- Plan and manage effective fundraising campaigns and events.- Identify grant opportunities, prepare proposals, and ensure compliance.- Ensure fundraising activities meet legal and ethical standards.- Represent the organisation at external events and meetings.- Explore innovative channels to diversify revenue streams.What We’re Looking For:- Proven experience in fundraising, sponsorships, or grant management.- Strong track record in developing and executing successful fundraising campaigns.- Ability to build and maintain relationships with sponsors, partners and funding bodies.- Experience in writing compelling grant proposals and funding applications.- Knowledge of financial management and budgeting for fundraising initiatives.- Familiarity with fundraising regulations, compliance, and ethical standards.- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.- Ability to work collaboratively with teams and external stakeholders.
