While specific knowledge of wrestling isn’t required, you must bring expertise in financial management combined with a collaborative and strategic mindset.Key Responsibilities:- Provide financial guidance to the executive team and board.- Prepare and manage annual budgets and forecasts.- Produce regular financial reports with actionable insights.- Identify and mitigate risks through robust internal controls.- Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and accounting standards.- Support the development of fundraising strategies to diversify revenue streams.- Improve financial policies and processes.What We’re Looking For:- Proven experience in financial management, budgeting, and reporting.- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and compliance.- Experience in risk management and internal financial controls.- Ability to develop and oversee financial policies and procedures.- Experience preparing financial reports and providing strategic insights.- Understanding of fundraising.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
