Accreditation Manager Organisation Scottish Rugby Salary £36,000 Location Edinburgh Contract type Permanent (Full time) Closing date 3 June 2025 Job Description The Accreditation Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient accreditation process for Scottish Rugby events across the country, including our Pro Teams, Glasgow Warriors and Edinburgh Rugby. This role is essential in guaranteeing that everyone arriving onsite has a positive and seamless experience.Key Responsibiliites:• Lead the Accreditation Team in delivering business strategy objectives, ensuring the accreditation process is effective, efficient, and secure.• Develop and implement strategies to enhance the accreditation process, aligning with organisational goals.• Develop, implement, and manage parking management systems at venues as required, ensuring smooth operations and optimal use of space.• Create, manage, and communicate a team-focused resourcing plan to ensure the wellbeing of our people, particularly during busy periods.• Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment, promoting professional growth and development.• Plan and manage the Accreditation budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions and adherence to financial targets.• Lead the accreditation process with Event Promoters for third-party stadium hires, ensuring all requirements are met and events run smoothly.
