Job Description
Fixed term contract: 2-4 years

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Business Analyst to join the High Performance team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing advice to the Performance Director and his team that leverages solutions, driving innovation and improving outcomes across all areas of the directorate. If you are passionate about sport and data, and thrive in an innovative environment, we want to hear from you.

What you will be doing:

> Conducting data analysis and modelling across all Performance areas, for current and new projects.
> Overseeing the formulation, delivery and analysis of the High Performance budget and financial performance, including the management of player and staff contracting models.
> Create and manage analytical documents for player succession planning and financial forecasting.

What we’re looking for:

> An individual with a passion data and numbers – who can tell the story and take people on the journey.
> First class data analysis skills – where you take the raw data, uncover patterns and insights that in turn support business decisions.
> Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills – where you can take complex data and develop unbiased solutions to challenges.
