Regional Performance Coach Organisation Scottish Golf Ltd Salary Daily rate based on c 20 days Location Scotland, nationwide Contract type Fixed Term Closing date 14 July 2026 Interview date 31 July 2026 Job Description JOB TITLE: Regional Performance Coach REPORTS TO: Head of Performance and PathwayEMPLOYED BY: Scottish Golf LtdLOCATION: Remote, with travel requiredScottish Golf is seeking applications for the role of Regional Performance Coach to support the delivery of its Performance & Pathway Strategy and the strategic priority of growing the game and nurturing talent.Working as part of the Performance Team, the Regional Performance Coach will play a key role in creating a clear, connected and high-quality regional pathway that supports talented players to develop the skills, behaviours and experiences required to progress towards national squads, international competition and long-term performance success.This initial recruitment phase will appoint up to six Regional Performance Coaches, with roles based across three regions: East, West and Central Scotland.
