Job Description: Scottish Golf is seeking a commercially astute, results-oriented Head of Commercial Partnerships to lead the development and execution of its commercial strategy, driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships, sponsorships, and digital assets.

As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, this role will manage a Partnership Manager and oversee the full commercial pipeline — from prospecting and negotiation to activation and retention. The postholder will play a pivotal role in diversifying income streams, enhancing brand value, and aligning commercial efforts with Scottish Golf’s strategic priorities.
We’re looking for someone with a proven track record of securing and managing high-value partnerships, with strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills, and experience in leading teams and managing performance.

You should also be a strategic thinker, with a collaborative and inclusive leadership style, and a confident communicator.
