Our strategy, Developing a Nation of Cyclists, details our mission, vision and values and outlines how we will deliver activities across our core areas of business.This Performance Pathway role works across Scottish Cycling and British Cycling talent pathways and the successful applicant will be central in supporting Scottish Cycling to positively impact the quantity and quality of riders progressing through Scottish Cycling’s performance pathway by supporting the development and maintenance of a performance pathway that identifies, nurtures and develops riders who have the potential to win medals at the Olympic & Paralympic Games and major senior Championships.You will play a pivotal role in our team, working closely with our Head of Performance and Coaching, National Coaches and club coaches, creating and supporting the implementation of discipline specific youth development plans that support Olympic and Paralympic success.
