As we expand our reach and continue to build our team, we have an exciting opportunity for a Influencer Marketing Executive to join our established marketing team!

The Role
This role is a generalist position that provides exposure to the full range of marketing activities across the RunThrough brand, including social media, branding, targeted campaigns, content creation, and more! You will work closely with the marketing team to craft compelling outreach, manage inbound enquiries, and develop campaigns that attract influencers to join our events and collaborate with RunThrough throughout the year.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with our marketing team for full marketing campaigns across all stages from concept, planning, creating, scheduling and publishing.
- Help to develop and implement social media and influencer marketing strategies, monitoring analytics and reporting on results.
- Outreach to influencers in the industry to build relationships and engagement.
- Collaborate with internal content, PR and marketing teams to support the overall function of the marketing department.
- Assist with the organisation of photo and video assets in Google Drive, ensuring easy access and high-quality content for all teams.
- Collaborate with the internal team to oversee and deliver marketing content across RunThrough channels (social, web, email, physical).
- Proofread materials (blog posts, newsletters, social captions, etc.) to ensure accuracy and tone alignment.
- Assist the wider marketing/social media team with content creation, posting and scheduling as needed.
- Assist with brand representation and checking for consistency across the various platforms
- Attend and support at events across London and the South.

Personal Attributes
- Creative thinker with a basic level of understanding of the marketing function and marketing strategy.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Good communicator with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Experience using a variety of social media channels.
- Experience with Adobe Suite is desirable but not essential.
- Passion for running & physical activity is a plus, as well as working for a fast-paced and growing brand!
