Job Description: Our thriving community rugby club is looking for a new Men’s Head Coach to lead all aspects of our male rugby operations:

- Will be an experienced and knowledgeable coach or former player.
- Will work with Colts and Junior Squads to support our developing player pathway.
- Plan, lead and organise the delivery of a well-designed developmental coaching and playing strategy.
- Work with other coaches to ensure their personal development.
- Develop the Senior Men’s playing group with regard to their rugby skills and leadership.
- Develop a coaching approach and language that can be cascaded to club coaches within our Senior, Youth and Mini sections.
- Develop our Men's Senior teams to ensure that they play at the highest level possible.
- This is a part time role that runs from July to April annually.
