Job Description: The Royal British Legion is seeking an exceptional and experienced HCPC registered Physiotherapist to join the Team UK Invictus Games programme as Team UK Lead Physiotherapist.

This is a unique opportunity to play a leading role in supporting wounded, injured and sick serving personnel and veterans through the power of sport and rehabilitation. As Team UK Lead Physiotherapist, you will lead the planning, management and delivery of physiotherapy and soft tissue therapy services across the Team UK Invictus Games programme.

Working within a dynamic multi-sport environment, you will ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality physiotherapy support at training camps and during the Invictus Games themselves.

You will work closely with athletes, coaches and the wider support team to promote recovery, enhance performance and reduce injury risk, helping competitors prepare both physically and mentally for international competition.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate physiotherapy and soft tissue therapy provision across the Team UK programme
Deliver high-quality athlete-centred care within a multi-sport environment
Support injury prevention, recovery and rehabilitation strategies
Ensure consistency and excellence in clinical standards and service delivery
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams during preparation camps and at the Games
Contribute to athlete wellbeing and performance throughout the programme
