Job Description
Who are we?
Regent Advisory & HR is a Business Management and HR Consultancy based in Leamington Spa. We work with organisations across the UK, supporting them to operate more effectively, build stronger teams, and navigate the challenges that come with growth and change.

We are a small, focused team, and we are growing. The people who join us take on real responsibility from the outset, and we invest in supporting them to do that well. Our values, Authenticity, Reliability, Tenacity, and Integrity, guide how we work, how we engage with clients, and how we show up for each other.

The role
We are looking for a Client Delivery Manager to join us on a part-time basis, working one day per week. This is a client-facing role covering delivery across our advisory client accounts, working closely with the team to keep engagements on track, clients well informed, and standards consistent across everything we deliver. The role will primarily provide support to the Celtic Challenge alongside other client accounts and internally as required.

The role suits someone who is organised, confident dealing directly with clients, and comfortable managing multiple accounts with minimal oversight. It's ideally suited to someone with prior experience in a client-facing consultancy or sports services environment, though we're open to strong candidates from other backgrounds.

This role can be worked remotely, with some flexibility on which day suits your other commitments, provided there's an agreed level of consistency week to week.

In return, you will get genuine ownership of client relationships, direct exposure to how a growing advisory business operates, and the chance to shape how client delivery works as we scale.

Role Summary: Client Delivery Manager
Reports to: CEO
Direct report(s): N/A
Remuneration: £6,400 per annum pro-rata’d
Location: Remote (with occasional client visits and team meetings on site as required)
Employment Type: Part-Time, 10-month fixed term
Working Hours: 7.5 hours per week, on a fixed or semi-fixed schedule agreed with the team

A day in the life
To give you a sense of what this role involves in practice, here is an example of what a typical working day might consist of:

Morning: Check in
• Review outstanding client actions, emails, and any updates since the last working day.
• Flag anything urgent to the team and agree priorities for the day.

Midday: Deliver
• Progress live client workstreams, coordinate inputs from the team, and keep documentation and trackers up to date.
• Join or lead any scheduled client calls, taking ownership of follow ups and next steps.

Afternoon: Review
• Check delivery against agreed timelines for each account and resolve any blockers.
• Update the management on account status, risks, and anything needing a decision.
End of day: Plan ahead
• Set priorities for the next working day and flag anything time-sensitive for the team to pick up in between.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management
• Acting as the day-to-day point of contact for nominated client accounts
• Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and understand their priorities
• Managing client expectations, communicating clearly on progress and timelines

Delivery & Coordination
• Coordinate delivery across relevant client engagements
• Keep projects on track, on scope, and on time
• Prepare, format, and maintain high-quality client-facing documents, templates, reports, and resource packs
• Support the preparation of presentations, briefing documents, and project packs
• Work with the team to resolve issues before they become problems

Standards & Consistency
• Ensure delivery reflects the standards and values of Regent Advisory & HR
• Maintain consistent documentation, reporting, and ways of working across accounts

Document Management
• Supporting filing, document management, and version control using company systems, including SharePoint and cloud-based repositories
• Maintaining organised, accessible records across active and archived projects

Reporting & Insight
• Providing regular, clear updates to the HR & Advisory Services Director on account health and delivery status
• Identify risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement across client accounts

Skills & Experience
• Prior experience in a client-facing role, ideally within consultancy, sport or professional services
• Confident communicator, comfortable managing client relationships directly
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts at once
• Self-motivated, with the discipline to work independently and remotely
• An interest in business consultancy or sport is advantageous, but not required
• Experience with tools like Microsoft 365, HubSpot, and sports systems is a plus, but not essential; full training provided

Our Values
Our values are not a statement on a wall; they reflect how we work with clients, how we treat each other, and the standard we hold ourselves to.

Authenticity – We are straightforward and genuine. We say what we mean and mean what we say.
Reliability – We follow through on our commitments. Our clients and colleagues know they can count on us.
Tenacity – We do not shy away from complexity. We stay with a challenge until it is resolved.
Integrity – We do the right thing, consistently and without compromise.

What We Offer
• Enhanced Family Leave – We offer an enhanced family leave package that goes beyond statutory entitlements, supporting you through life's most important moments.
• Enhanced Annual Leave – A generous leave entitlement above the statutory minimum, because time to rest and recharge matters.
• Private Health Insurance – Access to private healthcare, so you can get the support you need, when you need it.
• CPD & Professional Growth – We invest in your development. Whether that is formal qualifications, industry events, or structured learning, we will support you in building your career.
• Flexible Working Hours – Alongside remote working, we offer flexibility in how you structure your hours around your week, where the role allows.
• Employee Wellbeing Support – Access to an Employee Assistance Programme (EAP), providing confidential support across mental health, financial wellbeing, and more.
• Company Pension – We contribute 5% of your total earnings into your pension, above the statutory minimum, to support your long-term financial security.
• Team Connection – Regular team meetups and away days to ensure that, while remote, you feel part of something.
