Summary

Training Days:
Sunday at 1-3 at Qmotion Sport and Fitness Centre.

Job Description

Plan and lead training sessions to a group of mixed ability players with diverse backgrounds and experience of the sport

Build confidence of returning players and keep retention rates up

Introduce novice players to the sport and improve their technical ability

Demonstrate a patient and encouraging coaching method

Provide coaching expertise to improve the quality and standard of training

Be a leader and help increase commitment from the players across the teams

Be passionate about the sport and building an inclusive and fun environment for players

Have an understanding of higher education sport

Focus on improving players technique to prevent injury

Work with the club committee to achieve the clubs aims and objectives for the year

Display good coaching conduct in line with Queen Mary Student's Union Code of Conduct
