You’ll be working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment across a range of elite venues, competitions, and industry-leading organisations, primarily within football and rugby sports turf settings.

KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Deliver expert turf consultancy services, ensuring professional grade surfaces across football and rugby environments.
• Manage pitch renovation and reconstruction projects, working closely with contractors to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Produce clear, detailed reports that communicate complex technical information effectively to clients.
• Collaborate with clients, providing tailored advice and support to meet and exceed expectations.
• Support business development by identifying opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to growth strategies.

PERSON SPECIFICATIONS:

Essential
• Proven experience in sports turf management, ideally with professional football clubs.
• Strong knowledge of agronomy and pitch care techniques.
• Demonstrated experience in pitch renovation, reconstruction, and maintenance with references showcasing past work.
• Excellent report writing and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in relevant software and digital tools.
• Recognised Industry qualifications in turf management (e.g. Level 3 Diploma, BASIS, or equivalent).
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively.

Desirable
• Experience working with high-end clients, delivering exceptional customer service.
• Knowledge of the latest turf management technologies and practices.
• Experience leading teams or managing large-scale turf projects.
