In the past few years, we have seen exceptional growth across the business with back-to-back Gallagher PREM Final sell outs, record number attendance and broadcast. PREM Rugby is currently at a crucial point in our growth journey after launching our new brand this season and renewing deals with TNT and Gallagher as well as the change in league structure coming in for the 2026/27 season.

We are an equal opportunities employer totally committed to Equity, Diversity, Inclusion. We actively welcome applications from across all diverse communities and encourage diversity of thought and lived experience.
