UK Based Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy: 1 year experience (preferred)

Do you genuinely care about making a difference in people’s lives? Are you passionate about delivering hands-on treatment and progressive rehab, while being part of a warm, supportive, and high-performing team?

Then this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Who We Are

At Physio-logical, we help people move better, feel stronger, and live pain-free. For over 16 years, our award-winning clinic has delivered expert physiotherapy with a personal touch. We don’t just treat symptoms — we empower our patients to regain control and confidence in their lives.

Located on the beautiful Stansted Park Estate, our refurbished clinic is a place where values matter, team members are listened to, and professional growth is actively supported.

Your Role

You’ll treat a varied caseload of MSK and sports injury patients — using a combination of hands-on treatment and tailored rehabilitation — and support them through their entire journey to recovery. We offer time with each patient, the freedom to use your clinical judgment, and the support you need to develop as a practitioner.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver effective, evidence-based MSK physiotherapy
Build strong therapeutic relationships with your patients
Develop individualised treatment and rehab plans
Contribute to our clinical training sessions and team learning
Promote a positive and professional environment aligned with our values

What We’re Looking For

BSc or MSc in Physiotherapy (required)
HCPC & CSP registration (required)
1+ year of UK-based MSK experience (preferred but not essential)
Excellent communication and time management skills
A proactive, flexible, and caring attitude
A genuine passion for helping people
Must be eligible to work in the UK — no sponsorship available

Why Join Us?

£28,000–£37,000 salary + performance-based bonus
Monthly clinical training, CPD budget (£150), mentoring
28 days holiday (incl. bank holidays)
No weekend work and freedom to treat patients fully
Free onsite parking
Personal development plan + 1:1 mentoring
Supportive team culture and annual team socials
Beautiful working location on a countryside estate

“The support and mentorship here is incredible. You’re given time, trust, and opportunities to grow as a physio — while being part of a fun, friendly team.” – Current team member

Ready to grow with us and truly make a difference?
We’d love to meet you!

Apply by sending your CV and a short cover letter (max 250 words) to enquiries@physio-logical.net explaining why you’d be a great fit.
