Job Description
Main responsibilities:
Responsible for supporting the delivery of the digital transformation vision and the evolution of the relevant multi platform products within that vision.
Work with a multi-disciplinary team and colleagues across the organisation to deliver world-class digital products and services that support revenue generation growth and increased user engagement
Develop an expert understanding of our users' needs and behaviours, across both participants and volunteers, championing these alongside business goals and needs
Work alongside the technical team, senior leaders and stakeholders to manage the prioritisation of work, balancing support and new feature delivery to ensure products remain reliable, robust and secure, and continuously improving.
Contributing to and revising a multi product roadmap, data driven decision making, focused on ROI and growth.
Supporting teams and colleagues in iterative, agile delivery
Commitment to personal and professional development.

Essential experience requirements:
Experience delivering large scale transformations across multi product domains.
Astute in the intersection between digital product and commercial opportunities, with delivery particularly across sponsorship and e-commerce revenue diversification opportunities.
Proficient in, and comfortable utilising, a variety of product practices and methods to drive the best audience outcomes, e.g. A/B testing, user driven development etc.
Must have a track record of launching new GTM products, showcasing a strong understanding of market context and position.
Comfortable working with and presenting to stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.
Ability to quickly familiarise oneself with new technologies, whilst being comfortable managing legacy technology, driving change towards a modern product wow.
Strong budgeting and financial control skills, with experience working with both in house development resource as well as external agencies.
Communicating using various methods (written reports, verbal feedback, presentations, etc.), applying the appropriate method to each scenario/audience.
Leading in promoting the needs of the team and the product, and understanding how these may vary between the different phases of a product life cycle.
Engaging with key audience sets, commissioning research and turning qualitative and quantitative insight into product improvements.

Desirable experience requirements:
Demonstrable experience utilising products used at a global scale, and relevant associated considerations e.g. accessibility, multilanguage and data protection regulations.
Experience working in the charity sector or sports participation space, and managing competing priorities with limited resources.
Familiarity with ecommerce and membership management propositions and optimisation of these.
Understanding modern technologies used in the delivery of cloud-based software products - and the ability to explain the high-level purpose and constraints of these technologies to non-technical people.
Proficient in Looker.

Demonstrates a growth mindset, desiring to improve and learn new skills.
