Job Description
An exciting opportunity has become available to join P3RFORM. We are looking to recruit a Data Management and Administration Support Assistant, to work as part of our team in the delivery of health, fitness and performance services to our clients from across sport, corporate and education. Successful candidates will need to display high levels of passion with regards to the role and their profession whilst proving that they are reliable, hard-working, and dedicated.

Key responsibilities

• Financial administration tasks to support P3RFORM contracts.
• General administrative tasks to support P3RFORM’s health and performance services for sport, corporate and education clients.
• Assist in the head of data analysis + operations with the collation and management of data sets derived from physical profiling, biometric tracking and subjective assessments.
• Creation of SOPs regarding the collation of robust data sets across the different P3RFORM operations.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights to P3RFORM stakeholders.
• Build and manage automated dataflows with Power Automate.
• Utilise coding language where necessary to link various elements of the data management system.
• Collaborate with different departments to understand data and reporting needs.
• Work alongside development, management and delivery teams to utilise data to evolve P3RFORM digital platform and inform best practice.
• Support research opportunities with academic partners.
• Support P3RFORM social media and PR opportunities.

Essentials

• Undergraduate degree or similar professional qualification such as an apprenticeship in a related subject: sport science, data science, mathematics, computer science etc.
• Experience of establishing and streamlining data management processes to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Experience of or demonstrable administration skills, including financial administration.
• Experience of working with diverse data sets from differing sources
• Ability to communicate abstract findings to various stakeholders.
• Excellent attention to detail, organisational, and communication skills.
• Full driving license

Desirables

• An MSc in a related discipline
• An understanding of the health, fitness and performance environment
• Evidence of relevant post graduate professional development.
• Proficiency in SQL, with the ability to write and execute complex queries.
