Job Description
We are seeking a forward-thinking, performance-driven Physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary support team, delivering high-performance services across professional sport, education, and corporate settings.

This role offers variety and impact, from supporting the Professional Footballers’ Association’s (PFA’s) Rehabilitation and Triage Schemes, to working with athletes, students, and organisations through P3RFORM’s in-person, regional, and digital platforms.

Working alongside our performance coaches, nutritionists, and psychologists, you’ll play a key role in shaping how we deliver holistic athlete and client care. You’ll also contribute to service innovation, supporting the Clinical Lead in advancing P3RFORM’s offering across multiple sectors.


Role purpose: Delivery of in-person, digital and triage physiotherapy services to P3RFORM clients.


Key Responsibilities
• Deliver assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation in line with CSP Core Standards of Physiotherapy Practice.
• Work closely with Sports Medicine departments to optimise medical care, welfare, and performance outcomes.
• Provide in-person and digital physiotherapy services, including triage support for PFA members and other clients.
• Refer clients into P3RFORM’s regional network when required.
• Maintain accurate, confidential medical records.
• Contribute to the development of sports science and medical staff through CPD.
• Support clinical product design and service delivery for education and corporate clients.
• Collaborate with the marketing team by contributing clinical insights and content.

Skills & Attributes
• Excellent clinical skills in injury assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation.
• Strong knowledge of objective force measures to guide rehabilitation and return-to-play.
• Confident interpreting imaging reports and identifying effective care pathways.
• Outstanding communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to balance clinical delivery and commercial growth.
• Innovative, proactive, and creative in both clinical practice and service development.

Essential Requirements
• CSP & HCPC registered Chartered Physiotherapist.
• Degree in Physiotherapy / Sport & Exercise Medicine (or equivalent).
• 5+ years post-graduate experience.
• FA-accredited First Aid Trauma qualification.
• Evidence of continuous professional development (CPD).
• S&C qualification/accreditation or demonstrable development in this area.

Desirable Qualifications & Experience
• MSc in Physiotherapy or related discipline.
• Previous experience in professional football.
• Postgraduate qualification in manual therapy.
• Background in private practice.
• Commercial, marketing, and social media acumen.

FULL CLEAN DRIVING LICENCE: Yes
