Delivered digitally or in-person, P3RFORM provides performance services to athletes, organisations and people across the UK, Europe and Asia.Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and motivated Performance Psychologist to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with elite athletes, teams, business professionals, and high-performing individuals to develop psychological strategies that enhance performance, mental resilience, and overall well-being.Key Responsibilities• Develop tailored mental performance programmes.• Provide one-to-one and group-based psychological support to a variety of clients..• Deliver evidence-based interventions to enhance self-belief, motivation, and resilience.• Work collaboratively with physical performance practitioners, business leaders and other professionals in the provision of holistic health and performance support.• Design and deliver workshops, seminars, and training sessions on performance psychology.• Stay updated with the latest research and advancements in performance psychology.• Maintain confidential and ethical professional standards in line with governing bodies such as the British Psychological Society (BPS) and the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).Essential Requirements• Master's degree in Psychology (preferably Sport & Performance Psychology or a related field).• HCPC registration (or eligibility for successful registration).• Accreditation with or working towrds a recognised professional body such as BPS or BASES.• Proven experience working with high-performance individuals, including athletes, executives, or teams.• Strong understanding of psychological frameworks and evidence-based interventions.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.• Flexible approach to work, with the ability to travel as required.Desirable Attributes• Experience in delivering psychological support in elite sport, military, or corporate environments.• Strong public speaking and workshop facilitation skills.• Understanding of psychometric testing and performance profiling.What We Offer• Competitive salary based on experience, up to £30,000 per annum• Performance related bonus scheme and CPD allowance• Opportunity to work with high-profile clients in diverse sectors.• Professional development and training opportunities.• Flexible working arrangements (remote and on-site).• A supportive and dynamic team environment.• Access to onsite gym at P3RFORM HQ and personalised coaching support How to apply How to Apply If you are passionate about performance psychology and want to make a significant impact in helping individuals and teams unlock their full potential, we would love to hear from you.
