Job Description

Oxfordshire RTC are recruiting casual sports coaching staff to support the continued growth of its holiday camps and school programmes across Oxfordshire.

Working hours are typically

3:00pm to 6:00pm during term-time at schools
8:00am to 4:00pm during school half-terms and holidays.

There are opportunities to coach on a Saturday morning between 9am and 11am across Oxfordshire in our soccer schools also.

Delivery locations include Bicester, Oxford and surrounding areas.

This role is ideal for enthusiastic and reliable individuals who are passionate about youth sport and making a difference. You will support the delivery of high-quality sporting experiences in a safe, positive and professional environment.

We Are Looking For Individuals Who:

Have a sports coaching background
Have experience working with children and young people
Are enthusiastic, professional and approachable
Are available during term-time and school holidays
Hold a safeguarding qualification and first-aid qualification
Hold a Level 2 qualification in at least one sport.

Role Overview
Deliver and support structured sports coaching sessions in a variety of sports
Supervise children in line with safeguarding and welfare standards
Promote enjoyment, development and positive behaviour
Work collaboratively as part of the Oxfordshire RTC staff team
Support daily camp organisation and logistics
