S&C Coach

Job Description: We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced individual to join our performance team and support our young female athletes development and performance through a well-rounded S&C programme. Contact with players will involve gym sessions, mobility work, on pitch S&C and training night warm ups/activations. Testing is also performed at regular intervals during the season and input into player IDPs would be required. Contact will range with players from U9-U18.

Understanding of football is an advantage to support coaches in meeting desired physical outcomes through session design and periodisation.

You would be supported by our Women's and Girls Sports Science and Performance lead so those seeking to gain experience alongside their qualifications/studies should also apply.
