It is one of 39 County Cricket Boards / Foundations in England & Wales and works in partnership with a number of key stakeholders to develop the recreational game locally in line with the strategy developed by the England & Wales Cricket Board (ECB).Job SpecificationThe Steelbacks Foundation are looking to appoint a number of Community Cricket Coaches, to lead and support the delivery of a range of high – quality cricket and community projects, programmes and events that engage and inspire individuals in order to sustain and grow cricket participation opportunities and to help establish cricket as a game for all in line with the Northamptonshire equity, diversity and inclusion plan.
