Job Description
The Role:
The Education Administration Officer (EO) will have accountability and responsibility for the high-quality coordination, organisation, administration and efficient delivery of Netball Scotland’s education and training courses, workshops and events, ensuring accurate systems, compliant processes and excellent participant experience in order to deliver the corporate strategy.

Operational Priorities:

Administrative Excellence & Systems Management
· Deliver high-quality, proactive administrative support across all education and workforce activity
· Maintain accurate, confidential and compliant records in line with organisational and safeguarding requirements
· Manage multiple deadlines, processes and data flows with efficiency and consistency
· Ensure all education activity is audit-ready, well documented and system-led

Operational Excellence
• Lead on training and development of Tutors, Assessors, Match Bench Officials and Volunteers to support delivery of a performing pathway.
• Lead the coordination, administration and delivery of the education and training calendar for Netball Scotland.
• Lead on the management of Brightspace, JustGo Membership and Actify systems & platforms to provide flexible and accessible education and training opportunities for all NS courses, workshops & events.
• Support the NDM Education in leading a high performing team of Tutors & Assessors responsible for educating and training a network of volunteers to support the needs of the sport across Scotland.
• Lead the on-going development of the PVG process for the business ensuring timely reports are prepared for evidencing compliance.
• Ensure the database of coaches and officials is maintained to an excellent standard providing up to date insights and intel to inform planning and decision making.
• Support the NDM Education and Workforce to ensure successful delivery of national development projects for the business.
• Support delivery of national project outcomes through collaboration with NS’s Development Team.
• Work collaboratively with the Membership, Data & Insight Manager to utilise data, trend analysis and insights to effectively plan education and training development opportunities to fulfil the needs of the membership.
• Prepare informative reports for the Director of Development against key performance indicators as required.
• Support the NDM Competition and Communities with administration and event delivery, on an ad hoc basis, as required.

Sustainable Financial Model
• Lead on the day-to-day management of the Education budget.
• Support the NDM Education and Workforce in monitoring the education budget to ensure the organisation’s objectives are delivered within allocated budgets.

In addition
• Be the first point of contact for the organisation and administrative lead for all education & training requirements
• Provide high quality operational and administrative support to Competition and Communities activity on an ad hoc basis
• Provide support on competition days, if requested
• Other duties as may reasonably be required by the business.
