Job Description: Millfield School is seeking a dynamic Football Coach to join our team on a fixed-term basis for the 2026 Spring term. If you're passionate about developing young talent and delivering high-quality sessions, this is a great opportunity.

Your main focus will be on coaching football programmes across school terms, crafting engaging and impactful sessions. Working closely with the Head of Football, you will contribute to programme planning and communication, developing and documenting coaching session plans, and continuously reviewing opportunities for improvement.

We are looking for candidates with at least an FA Level 2 qualification, although FA Level 3/UEFA B or higher is preferred. With a minimum of three years' coaching experience in youth sports, you should possess excellent communication and organisational skills, and a strong commitment to your own professional development.

This is a fixed term contract until 1st April 2026 working 15 hours per week during term time, usually spread across Wednesdays and Saturdays.
