COMMERCIAL EXECUTIVE

Organisation: Middlesex Cricket
Salary: £1200 / month
Location: Lord’s Cricket Ground, in addition to other Middlesex Cricket home venues, plus cricket related travel as necessary
Contract type: Fixed Term (Full time)

Job Description: Build and maintain key relationships with Plum Club and sponsors, developing a culture of trust and professionalism.
Support the Commercial Director in the preparation and execution of sales pitches.
Support the Commercial Director in the preparation and execution of outbound e-marketing and social media pitches
Manage the development of sales collateral for pitches and presentations.
Deliver Plum Club and commercial rights in relation to the sponsor’s contract at events.
Track and manage invoicing and budgeting for sponsors.
Event Management
Working closely with the Operations team to:

Manage the execution of sponsor events in line with Middlesex cricket brand values.
Be “Front of House” with all Plum Club guests to meet and greet and ensure that they are looked after. This may require weekend and evening work for the Internationals and T20.
Own all relevant client comms, liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
Liaise with hospitality clients to manage food expectations and menu requirements etc.
Help to run and organise all external events in line with the events calendar.
