Job Description: Principle Responsibilities

Code and provide in-match analysis for coaching staff for all required matches involving Middlesex Men’s 1st XI and 2nd XI, Middlesex’s Academy and Boys Age-Group teams, and Middlesex Women’s 1st XI
Create and present Pre & Post match packages at the request of the relevant Head Coach, Lead Performance Analyst and extended coaching staff of all professional teams
Manage equipment required to facilitate the filming, and where relevant, live streaming, of all matches allocated throughout the season.
Provide support to Head Coach, Lead Performance Analyst and extended coaching staff – Middlesex Cricket – to promote performance analysis within the training environment
To ensure all matches coded are uploaded to the relevant ECB systems
When required, set up iHawk and ensure the capture and upload of video through the ECB systems
Attend, capture video and provide assistance at training sessions for required teams throughout the year
Deliver education for relevant players, ensuring maximised use of analysis in player development and performance
Manage underage player explicit consent forms for any players aged under 18, including those on the opposition, on the day of any home game or training session that is being recorded
Work as part of the Middlesex Cricket Sports Science and Sports Medicine Team to promote an evidence-based approach to performance development
To undertake any other responsibilities as directed by Middlesex Cricket
