Secondary Education Activator Organisation Middlesbrough Football Club Foundation Salary Enquire Location Middlesbrough, North Yorkshire Contract type Fixed Term (Full time) Closing date 7 July 2025 Job Description Job Outline:Working as part of the Education and Employability Team, the role will deliver onthe MFC Foundation’s education programmes including Premier League Inspiresand Premier League Kicks.The delivery will focus on high-quality, engaging activity including educationalworkshops, interventions, mentoring and other sports and physical activity.At the Foundation we are committed to living and embedding our core values(quality, inspire, teamwork, inclusion and honesty and integrity), in how we deliverour activity and interact with our partners and colleagues.Role Specific Responsibilities Include:• Deliver a range of educational workshops in secondary schools as well asbreakfast/lunchtime/after-school provision and activities for teacher planning,preparation and assessment time cover• Deliver a range of targeted interventions to children in secondary schools• Support with the mentoring and support of young people engaged insecondary schools and/or employability programmes• Support with the delivery and facilitation of afternoon, evening and weekendprovision in the local community related to employability, health and wellbeingand social inclusion and supporting the club• Support the development of relationships with local partners and participantsEngage in the planning and development of lessons/sessions in line withstakeholder frameworks• Support the relevant Officer and Coordinator to design and adapt the content ofdelivery to meet the needs of target groups for our offer• Promote the vision, mission and core values of the Foundation• Demonstrate a strong commitment to inclusive practices, adapting resourcesand engagements to ensure equal opportunities for all• Ensure all programme data collection, monitoring and evaluation of theprogrammes is being undertaken to a high standard and within identifieddeadlines• Working with the Data and Impact Coordinator, review and analyse data andoutcomes to ensure delivery is on track and to best communicate the impactincluding leading on regular data collection, monitoring and evaluation of alldelivery, completing monitoring reports to a high standard and within identifieddeadlines.
