KEY PURPOSE OF ROLE
The Men’s Team Strength & Conditioning Coach will play a pivotal role within the London Spirit Sports Science & Medicine (SS&M) team, driving the physical performance programme, with a primary focus on maximising player availability and ensuring London Spirit players remain robust, explosive, and ready to perform throughout the competition period. The role will deliver evidence-based, individualised strength and conditioning programmes and integrated physical preparation strategies that are fully aligned with the individual needs of the player and the team’s performance philosophy. This is a unique opportunity to thrive in an aspirational, high-performance environment, working in a highly specialised multidisciplinary team (MDT) operating at the forefront of performance sport.
