Together with our passionate fans and valued network of partners, we are developing Manchester City’s future history.The RoleThe HVAC Maintenance Technician (known internally as Skilled Maintenance Operative) will be responsible for the delivery of maintenance services and processes that support the operation of all sites on campus, setting and ensuring the highest standards of safety and maintenance for MCFC’s employees and customers.Your ImpactCarry out PPM and reactive maintenance on mechanical and HVAC systems at all MCFC sites to the highest standard, in line with MCFC procedures, legislative, environmental, and certifying authorities’ compliance and best practiceMaintain, repair, and inspect heating, ventilation, and air conditioning assetsRespond promptly to breakdowns and fault-find safely and logicallySupport minor installation, upgrade, and adaptation worksWork collaboratively with other trades and with the Maintenance Managers on Planned Preventive Maintenance and life cycle schedules for all buildings.What we are looking forEssentialNVQ Level 3 HVAC/Mechanical (or equivalent)Experience in a complex maintenance environmentStrong knowledge of AHUs, chilled water, water systems, and A/C unitsExperience with PPM and reactive maintenance DesirableExperience with a CAFM systemCertified in IPAF, PASMA This Is Your CityAs part of our team, you will be entitled to 26 days annual leave plus an additional day off for your birthday, private healthcare and dental cover, an annual discretionary bonus, plus a range of partnership and lifestyle discounts.
