Location Loughborough Contract type (Full time) Closing date 31 March 2026 Job Description Full Time Position, 0.6FTE subject to funding, 0.4FTE Open-EndedThe Performance Lifestyle & Wellbeing Officer will play a key role in supporting elite student‑athletes within the Foundation Degree Programme and Loughborough Sport’s wider performance environment. The postholder will help athletes balance the demands of high‑performance sport with full‑time academic study, delivering tailored lifestyle, wellbeing and pastoral support. Working as part of both the Foundation Programme Team and the Performance Support Services team, the role supports athletes across a diverse range of Olympic, Paralympic and professional sports. A strong commitment to safeguarding, dual‑career development and proactive wellbeing sit at the heart of the position.The successful candidate will contribute to induction, deliver anti‑doping education, and collaborate across interdisciplinary teams.They will also help develop and coordinate Performance Lifestyle services, support mentors within the programme, and engage in staff development activities.
