Job Description: Full time and open ended

Loughborough University and Loughborough Lightning Netball are looking for a dynamic and passionate individual to oversee our netball programmes.

The successful candidate will bring substantial experience in organisation, management and administration of sports programmes. The postholder will work as part of a large team to continue to improve performances across Loughborough Lightning NSL, NXT Gen, pathway squads, and the University teams competing in BUCS. You need to be able to work independently, develop strong relationships with our players and staff and able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.

Key responsibilities include working collaboratively with our commercial, events & marketing teams, administration and management of the Netball Super League team and other squads, and budget management across the whole programme.
