Job Description: About LUCA

London Universities and Colleges Athletics (LUCA) is a federation of university athletics clubs across London, the East and South East of England. We bring together university athletics clubs to deliver competitions, support student leaders, and strengthen the university athletics community.

LUCA’s work includes cross country, indoor and outdoor track and field fixtures, club development, and wider initiatives designed to make student athletics more connected, inclusive and sustainable.

About the role

The Web Editor is responsible for maintaining the accuracy, clarity, and professionalism of the LUCA website.

The role ensures that competition information, results, and governance documents are published in a timely and accessible manner, supporting a positive experience for athletes and member clubs.

Person spec

Essential

Strong web editing and writing skills
Comfortable working with WordPress
Highly detail-oriented
Reliable with deadlines
Strong written communication skills
Organised and methodical

Desirable

Experience managing websites or digital content
Basic understanding of formatting tables and results data
Familiarity with Google Drive and shared digital systems
Interest in digital development or systems improvement
